quick and easy telephone access to your accounts - 24
hours a day, 7 days a week from any touch-tone phone.
Get
account balances, make transfers or payments, find out
which checks have cleared, request check withdrawals
and more. MAT telephone banking is free and as easy
to use as 1-2-3:
1. Call 210.673.5610
or toll-free 1.800.227.5328.
2. Choose option 5 to be transferred
to MAT telephone banking.

the main menu of services, press 1.
- To report a card lost,
stolen or not received, press 2.
- If you are a merchant
calling to verify funds, press 3.
- To hear this message
again, press 9.
- To end this call, press
*.
3. To access the main menu:
- Enter your account number.
Press #.
- Enter your personal
identification number (PIN). Press #.
Then:
- For checking information,
press 1.
- For balance inquiries,
press 2.
- For history inquiries,
press 3.
- To activate your VISA
debit card, press 4.
- For transfers, press
5.
- For withdrawals, press
6.
- For loan information,
press 7.
- For additional options,
press 8.
- To replay current menu,
press 9.
- To speak with a credit
union representative (during business hours), press
0.
- To end this call,
press *.
Helpful hints:
- No decimals are needed
to enter dollar and cent amounts. For example, to
enter $500.05, simply press 50005#.
- You can change your
personal identification number (PIN) by choosing additional
options (option 8 from the main menu) then "Change
Preferences".
- You can change the
number of transactions listed in history by choosing
additional options (option 8 from the main menu) then
"Change Preferences."
- All financial transactions
in MAT are given a reference number you can record
for future reference.
- There is a $20
minimum required for transfers, check withdrawals
and Redi-Line advances made through MAT.
