Here’s how it works:
- Earn one point for every one dollar spent on an Air Force FCU Visa Platinum Card.
- Earn one point for every two dollars spent on an Air Force FCU Visa Debit Card.
- Points are good for five years.
- Points from both cards can be combined. Just contact us to make this happen.
- Redeem points for merchandise or gift cards at CURewards.com.
Optional Debit Card Cash Rewards—Sign Up Today!
For members who have a checking account with a Visa Debit Card, you can opt out of CU Rewards and switch to a cash reward instead. Then each time you make a signature-based transaction with your Visa Debit Card, you will earn 12 cents! Just be sure to choose “credit” when you make a debit card purchase and sign for the transaction to get the cash reward. Then on the 5th of the following month, you’ll receive your cash back into your checking account.
It’s fast and easy to switch from CU Rewards to cash rewards on your Visa Debit Card. Just let us know you want to switch. Call, email, chat, come in and fax us and we’ll sign you up.
Local Program Rules
Points will accrue over five calendar years and will expire on a first-in-first out basis annually; points earned in calendar year one will expire on the last day of calendar year five. Thus, points earned in 2008 will expire December 31, 2012; points earned in 2009 will expire in December 31, 2013.
There is no cap on the maximum number of points that can be earned per billing cycle or per calendar year.
Purchase of Gift Certificates:
Delivery of Gift Certificates/Gift Cards will be made via USPS and will include delivery confirmation. Delivery will normally take 2 to 4 weeks from time of order. Delivery cannot be made to a post office box.
Certificate/gift cards will be redeemable at full face value for a minimum of 1 year from the date of receipt, subject to applicable state laws.
Certificate/Gift Cards once delivered and signed for are “live and just like cash”. Lost or stolen cards for KB Toys, Sears, Williams-Sonoma, The Home Depot, Best Buy, and Bath and Body Works can be cancelled and replaced only if they are unused. Darden Restaurants cannot be cancelled and replaced if they have been delivered and confirmed.
Certificates/Gift Cards that have been misappropriated, fraudulently used, or otherwise negligently disappear will not be reimbursed. |
Air Force Federal Credit Union does not ask for account numbers, passwords or Social Security Numbers through e-mail. If you receive a request for this information, you should delete it immediately.
